Note: The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily project schedules, ensuring timely arrival of crews and on-site delivery of materials (tools, dumpsters, paint, etc.)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients communicating start times, updates, and completion timelines
• Supervise field teams and provide on-site support to maintain high quality and safety standards
• Recruit, coordinate, and manage skilled and general labor (cleaners, painters, handymen, laborers) for residential jobs
• Assist in enforcing company policies related to scheduling, field operations, and customer communication
• Conduct field work as needed, including job site walk-throughs, quality checks, handyman tasks, and cleanouts

 Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in construction, property services, or skilled trades
• Knowledge of residential repair, renovation, or field service operations
• Eligible for or able to obtain a Virginia HIC Specialty License (Class A/B license preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to solving problems
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles; service-oriented mindset is a must
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
