Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Clerical Dispatcher:

• Greeting visitors and answering phones
• Filing forms and documents
• Data entry and record keeping
• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendor
• Maintain a neat and organized office environment
• Will be assisting with the paperwork for trucks that will be fueled with different products....ex gasoline, petroleum, diesel
• Must be familiar with measurements of trucks and tankers
• Will be responsible for Bill of Lading that is turned in by truck driver and make sure that correct product is loaded on the correct truck

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Some bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer knowledge
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Must have flexible schedule
• TWIC Card is a plus-Transportation Worker Identification Credential
