Pay Rate:

What you'll be doing as a Upholstery Worker:

• Prepare and assemble frames for upholstery application
• Install webbing, springs, and padding according to custom specifications
• Build up and shape furniture arms, backs, and seats using foam, Dacron, and other materials
• Work closely with sewing and cutting departments to ensure proper fit and form
• Inspect materials and workmanship for quality and consistency
• Follow detailed instructions, measurements, and design specs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Prior experience in upholstery or furniture manufacturing preferred
• Strong hand-tool skills and familiarity with staple guns, glue sprayers, and cutting tools
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for shape, proportion, and finish
• Ability to lift and maneuver furniture frames and materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn from experienced craftsmen
• Ability to read blueprints or work instructions a plus
• Background Check Required
