Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $57 - $57 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Sales Manager:
- Manage and grow sales of TPMS and tire repair supply products across assigned channels
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify and cultivate relationships with national auto parts retailers, distributors, tire service shops, and automotive repair centers
- Drive business development efforts to expand product reach in the mid-tier market
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to promote TPMS product line
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products to provide feedback to internal teams
- Regularly travel to visit customers and attend industry events, trade shows, or meetings
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline reviews for senior leadership

Job requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management and business development, ideally in the tire repair consumables or automotive aftermarket industry
- Strong understanding of TPMS systems and tire repair supply channels
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships effectively
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience with companies such as Bartec USA, Schrader TPMS Solutions, ATEQ, Myers Tire Supply, or Autel TPMS is a plus but not required
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently
- Background check and drug screening required
