Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $57 - $57 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Sales Manager:

• Manage and grow sales of TPMS and tire repair supply products across assigned channels
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Identify and cultivate relationships with national auto parts retailers, distributors, tire service shops, and automotive repair centers
• Drive business development efforts to expand product reach in the mid-tier market
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to promote TPMS product line
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products to provide feedback to internal teams
• Regularly travel to visit customers and attend industry events, trade shows, or meetings
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline reviews for senior leadership

Job requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management and business development, ideally in the tire repair consumables or automotive aftermarket industry
• Strong understanding of TPMS systems and tire repair supply channels
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships effectively
• History of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience with companies such as Bartec USA, Schrader TPMS Solutions, ATEQ, Myers Tire Supply, or Autel TPMS is a plus but not required
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently
• Background check and drug screening required
