Note: The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $34 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems.
- Operate, test, maintain, and repair refrigeration, AC, heating, humidification, high- and low-pressure boiler systems.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide excelled customer service and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate (written/oral) to convey job status information.
- Knowledge of generally accepted industry maintenance and repair practices
- Knowledge of generally accepted industry maintenance and repair safety practices.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
