PRST is seeking Journeyman-Level Low Voltage Electricians who are skilled and self motivated. As a Journeyman Electrician with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you?ll support on local projects with wire terminations and troubleshooting low voltage devices. Note: The hourly rate for this position is $45 - $50 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
- Interpret and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Install, mount, and secure panels and low-voltage electrical devices
- Pull, route, and label low-voltage cabling
- Fabricate and install various types of cable trays, conduit, and supports
- Perform wire terminations for control panels, devices, and systems
- Troubleshoot and test low voltage systems
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Work at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Conduct site assessments to plan cable routing and system layout
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Electrician License OSHA 10 Certification Full PPE (Provided or bring your own) Aerial Lift
- Certification is a plus Additional Skills That Set You Apart: Experience with control systems, building automation, or integrated systems
- Familiarity with NEC and local codes for low-voltage installations
- Ability to work independently or lead a small crew
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Comfort working in commercial and industrial environments
