PRST is seeking an experienced Framing Carpenter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in exterior construction. Note: The hourly rate for this position is $26 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior work, including the installation of decks, windows, doors
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
• Build and install pergolas with attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reframe roofs as part of ongoing construction projects
• Install siding, ensuring a high-quality finish
• Operate Manual Lift, Skid Steers, and Mini Steers safely and effectively on the job site
• Ensure that all work complies with local building codes and industry standards
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition and report any issues to management

 Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in framing and exterior carpentry
• Proven ability to operate Manual Lifts, Skid Steers, and Mini Steers
• Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record
• Background check required
