Note: The hourly rate for this position is $28 - $30 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Lay concrete blocks with precision on commercial and institutional construction sites
• Read blueprints and plans to ensure proper layout and structural compliance
• Mix mortar and ensure proper consistency for application
• Use levels, plumb bobs, and lasers to align structures
• Operate power tools, masonry saws, and other equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant job site
• Work independently or as part of a team under a foreman or site supervisor

 Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a block mason or related masonry trade
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols
• Reliable transportation to job sites across Maryland
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
