Job Description

People Ready Skilled Trades now has an office in Columbus and is ready to hire! We are looking for Concrete Finisher for projects in, Detroit Michigan and the surrounding areas.

Note: The hourly rate for this position is $27 - $29 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring poured concrete is laid and finished to a high standard, smoothing and leveling surfaces, and potentially adding decorative or protective finishes
• They use various tools, including trowels, floats, and screeds, to achieve desired textures and ensure the concrete meets project specifications
• This role also involves monitoring weather conditions and making adjustments to the concrete setting process

 Qualifications:

• Math Skills: Basic math skills for measuring, calculating, and estimating material
