Note: The hourly rate for this position is $18 - $19 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and mount products.
- M IG weld with wire feed.
- Laying out and measuring pieces to specifications, cutting and shaping material, and assembling and joining the pieces.
- Performing several short welds at strategic locations to secure the position of metal.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues or defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including properly storing tools and equipment, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries while working with materials.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience
- MIG welding Weld hood and gloves
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in variable weather (cold, heat, windy, etc)
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
