Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15.50 - $16.50 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Machine Operator:

• Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report any issues to management
• Document all job-related tasks accurately and promptly
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Stand and move for up to 9 hours per day while performing tasks
• Read and follow instructions, specifications, and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Perform basic math calculations as required for machine setups and production runs

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to stand and move for up to 9 hours per day
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills for documentation and job tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Reliable and punctual
• Background check and drug screening required
