Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15.50 - $16.50 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Machine Operator:

• Machine Setup and Calibration
• Prepare machines for operation by setting up tools, loading materials, and configuring control settings
• Calibrate machinery to ensure it runs at peak performance and within production specifications
• Operating Machinery, Run machinery according to company procedures and safety guidelines
• Monitor machine operation and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency
• Perform in-process checks using measurement tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc.)
• Troubleshooting, Identify and resolve basic mechanical or technical issues during machine operation
• Escalate complex issues to maintenance or supervisors
• MaintenancePerform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines
• Report any wear-and-tear or malfunctions to the maintenance team
• Documentation, Record production data, such as output quantity, materials used, and machine performance
• Complete logs or checklists as part of quality or compliance standards
• Safety Compliance, Follow all workplace safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Participate in safety meetings or training sessions
• Team Collaboration, Work alongside other operators, supervisors, or technicians to meet production goals
• Communicate effectively about machine performance or issues during shift changes

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), 3rd Shift (Night)

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of previous machine operator experience required
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or mechanical setting preferred
• Background check and drug screening required
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Familiarity with tools such as calipers, gauges, or micrometers
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 9+ hours per day
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs (depending on the role)
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced, and repetitive environment
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends or overtime
