Field Operation Manager

The Field Operations Manager will lead and work alongside in-house technicians on pool construction and service projects. Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $25 - $30 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Field Operation Manager:
- Perform physical labor on pool construction projects, including excavation, forming, pool bottom installation, plumbing, and equipment setup
- Work alongside in-house technicians to build pools from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship
- Operate and maintain construction tools, excavation equipment, and plumbing tools
- Ensure all construction follows safety standards and best practices
- Collaborate with the leadership team and experienced staff to coordinate schedules and resources for construction projects
- Perform and oversee complex service jobs, including new pool cover and liner installations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot pool plumbing, electrical, filtration, and automation systems
- Train and supervise service technicians, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance
- Provide project progress, team performance, and operational improvements
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing new technicians to support company growth
- Work closely with the AGM to align field operations with overall business strategy
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends
Job requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction, trades, or mechanical services
- Strong hands-on skills in construction, installation, or service work
- Ability to lead a team, train employees, and delegate tasks effectively
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or work plans
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues
- Ability to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
