Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $25 - $30 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Field Operation Manager:

• Perform physical labor on pool construction projects, including excavation, forming, pool bottom installation, plumbing, and equipment setup
• Work alongside in-house technicians to build pools from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship
• Operate and maintain construction tools, excavation equipment, and plumbing tools
• Ensure all construction follows safety standards and best practices
• Collaborate with the leadership team and experienced staff to coordinate schedules and resources for construction projects
• Perform and oversee complex service jobs, including new pool cover and liner installations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot pool plumbing, electrical, filtration, and automation systems
• Train and supervise service technicians, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance
• Provide project progress, team performance, and operational improvements
• Implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing new technicians to support company growth
• Work closely with the AGM to align field operations with overall business strategy

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

Job requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in construction, trades, or mechanical services
• Strong hands-on skills in construction, installation, or service work
• Ability to lead a team, train employees, and delegate tasks effectively
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or work plans
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues
• Ability to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
