Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $57 - $57 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Site / Production Manager:

• Ensure operation has the resources and capability to meet commitments to customers including labor, raw materials, packaging, storage capacity
• Supervise all employees at plant including performance development, execution of disciplinary action, and defining expectations
• Review and approve all expenses ensuring the profitability of the operation
• Ensure maintenance of a safe and clean work environment for employees through direct supervision and guidance through corporate policies and standards
• Manage and coordinate the actions of four departments (Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Customer Service)
• Communicate with customers to assure that quality and service standards are the best possible 
• Operates and maintains an efficient productive and safe workplace through direct enforcement of such policies and procedures

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant experience will be considered
• Minimum of 4 years industrial plant management experience required
• Knowledge of good business practices associated with the production of food grade products
• Excellent teamwork skills are required to coordinate all areas of business at the plant and corporate levels
• Ability to interpret financial reports, production schedules, and legal documents
• Effectively present information to upper management, employees and groups
• Effectively develop budgets and forecasts
• Ability to converse in Spanish is a plus
• Background check and drug screening required
