Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Machine Operator:

• Operate computer-based automated blending systems
• Identify and resolve equipment or system malfunctions
• Record operating data, system performance logs, and shift production reports accurately
• Monitor product quality and make necessary system
• Support production changeovers, machine setups, and shutdown procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with quality checks and pull samples as needed
• Work with minimal supervision and lead Blenders
• Cross train in other jobs as needed
• Entry level position will be a cross functional operator to include blending responsibilities
• Regular attendance required
• Active participation of the plant safety program is required

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 2nd Shift (Evening), 3rd Shift (Night)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift
• Background check and Drug test required
