Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Paint Shop Supervisor:
- Overall supervision and management of body-work/paint department and its team members
- Interview and train new member hires
- Ensure that all body work and prep has been completed properly and completely before proceeding to paint booth
- Ensure that all paint work has been completed properly and completely before proceeding to the next department
- Understand, communicate and execute shop schedule, plans and production goals with your team members
- Work in collaboration with other departments to meet shared production goals
- Manage department supply inventory and request purchasing as needed
- Ensure all safety and maintenance procedures, pertaining to paint department, are followed and implemented
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
- Previous body work and spray paint experience required
- Experience in automotive or industrial equipment paint prep and body work
- Sign industry experience preferred
- Must be dependable, responsible, reliable and detail oriented
- Ability to solve problems and lead team members, without constant supervision, to meet production goals
- Completely drug free
- Maintain reliable means by which to come to work daily
- Background check and drug screening required
