Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $21 - $21 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Plant Manager:
- Maintenance & repairs, assuring that all plant activity is safe & efficient
- Maintaining operation and facility consistent with safety policy
- Scheduling or performing maintenance with emphasis on safety & preventive maintenance
- Ordering & maintaining inventory of production parts & supplies
- Maintains clean & organized tools needed for safe, efficient repairs & maintenance
- Collecting information needed for inventory, shipping & receiving records
- Completing records as required by management & permit
- Keeping safety, maintenance records & manuals in organized file
Available shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
- Associate's Degree or higher in Business, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative, operational support, or production leadership role in a manufacturing environment
- Background check and drug screening required
