Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Forklift Operator :

• Safely move materials in warehouses manufacturing plants, or shipping yards
• Material Handling: Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move products between storage, production, and shipping areas
• Loading/Unloading: Load and unload goods from containers and trucks, ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods
• Safety Compliance: Perform daily equipment inspections, report mechanical issues, and adhere strictly to safety protocols
• Organization: Maintain a clean work area and organize inventory properly in designated areas

Shift Timings: All Available

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Certification: Valid forklift operator certification/license
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, kneel, and work in varied weather conditions
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently
