Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16.50 - $16.50 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Cycle Counter Worker:
- Ensures the accurate and timely cycle counts of material and bins.
- Maintains the accuracy between system and physical inventories
- Reconciles inventory location transactions, resolves discrepancies, and submits for approval.
- Assists other departments in a need to basis
- Assist in maintaining an inspection ready warehouse
- Promotes the organizations goals and philosophies of Netafim USA
Available shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent, Equipment certification (forklift, reach truck, order picker) knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, or equivalent software application.
- Interpersonal - the ability to work with in the Team environment to accomplish specified goals. Communication - able to communicate effectively
- Appropriate APICS evolvement where applicable.
- The ability to maintain focus on Customers and Quality.
- Oriented to team dynamics, details, organization, and the use of sound judgment and decision-making.
- High-energy with a flexible schedule.
- Accurate, thorough and efficient.
- Good problem solving capabilities.
- Desire and willingness to seek out problems and drive permanent resolution
- Background check and drug screening required
- Valid Dr License
- Sit Down/Stand Up Forklift
- Reach Truck Experience
