Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Upholsterer:

• Punctuality and the ability to work as a team are required
• Support in planning, execution, and monitoring of daily operational activities
• Manage inventory control, product input and output
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality policies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and accurate information flow
• Assist in tracking orders and deliveries
• Propose improvements to operational processes
• Must be organized and highly committed to the job and delivery timelines

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), 3rd Shift (Night)

Job requirements:

• Minimum 15 years or more of experience in general and marine upholstery
• Driver's license, background check, and valid work permit required
• Technical or university student in Upholstery, Design, Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is a plus but not required
• Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory
• Ability to stay organized, work under pressure, and solve problems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactivity and attention to detail
• Spanish is required (preferred). Knowledge of English is appreciated but not mandatory
• Over 15 years of EXPERIENCE is required
• A valid work permit is required
