Note: The hourly rate for this position is $26 - $26 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Shift: 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am start. Weekend work is as needed
• Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to building specifications
• Install the metal studs to the top and bottom track, using appropriate fasteners and tools to ensure they are securely fastened and aligned
• Ensure proper spacing for the studs and track to the desired wall height
• Measuring and cutting metal runners, studs, and furring channels to required sizes
• Cut openings into boards for electrical outlets, vents, and fixtures
• Install insulation to provide thermal protection and reduce energy consumption
• Attach cladding to the exterior of the wall, such as metal sheets, siding, or other materials for weather protection and aesthetic purposes   
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace      
• Perform all tasks and follow instructions both oral and written       
• Follow all safety protocol per federal and state guidelines

 Qualifications:

• 5 years of previous experience in the Carpentry field required
• Must be comfortable working out of scissor lifts
• Must be comfortable working out of scissor lifts.
• Must have good situational awareness as this is an active warehouse
• Must be able to read blueprints and schematics
• OSHA-10 Construction Certification is a HUGE Plus
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Position may require a drug screen.
