Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $25 - $32 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Tool And Die Maker:

• Performs skilled duties in developing and building dies, jigs, fixtures, etc
• Building new and repairing of existing dies, consisting of progressive dies, fixtures, etc
• Works from blueprints and sketches to create or modify prototypes, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures and molds
• Calculates the dimensions and tolerances required to set up the machine tools
• Operates lathes, grinders, milling and boring machines to produce tools
• Performs all Tool and Die Maintenance and Repairman duties, effectively and efficiently as needed
• Verifies that quality and print specifications are met
• Orders supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Requires a two-year trade school program, or equivalent
• Three to five years previous experience in building new metal stamping and progressive dies required
