Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Ticket Taker:

• Greet guests as they arrive at the venue
• Verify and scan tickets using electronic or manual methods
• Handle any ticket-related issues or discrepancies in a professional manner
• Ensure a smooth and orderly flow of guests entering the venue
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries
• Maintain clear verbal and written communication in English to ensure effective coordination with team members and supervisors
• Scan electronic admission tickets and passes from patrons at entertainment events

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• No experience is required; on-the-job training provided
• Ability to stay on task
• Able to stand for long periods
• Well groomed, professional appearance
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public
