Note: The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $22 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for stucco application by cleaning, repairing, and ensuring proper adhesion
- Mix and apply stucco, plaster, and cement materials to interior and exterior walls
- Install plastering systems and decorative finishes that meet design specifications
- Set and install ornamental plaster features, such as moldings and cornices
- Monitor and maintain quality control during the stucco application process
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely project completion
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols while working on job sites
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing stucco surfaces
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Stucco Worker or in a similar role within the construction industry
- Knowledge of various stucco application techniques and materials
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Own tools and ability to bring them to work with you
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
