Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $22 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Press Operator:

• Setting and printing multiple jobs a day on an SROQ automatic press
• Paying attention to each job's details and printing them properly
• Mixing both plastisol and discharge inks
• Keeping the machine and workspace clean and organized
• Proper screen coating, exposing, and washing out when needed
• Using the proper squeegees for the right inks
• Maintenance on machine when needed
• Finishing jobs on schedule and meeting deadlines
• Various tasks such as stocking inventory, cycle counting, etc

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• 5 years plus of experience setting and running jobs on an automatic press
• Can perform in an environment that values independence and creativity of thought
• Exhibit personal qualities, such as open-mindedness, enthusiasm, and adaptability
• Experience in all aspects of screen printing
• Passion for screen printing and ambition to continue to learn and grow in the industry
• Solution-seeker with a preference or tendency for action over bureaucracy
• Can embrace new ideas and work in an unstructured environment
• Ability to respond to urgent situations appropriately by prioritization
• Background check and drug screening required
