Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $19 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Associate
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- Take a consultative approach to support the customer journey, resolve issues, and improve client success and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure timely project delivery and smooth workflows
- Support lead generation efforts through prospecting, research, qualification, and follow-up activities
- Maintain and update CRM data, opportunity pipelines, and sales tracking documentation
- Assist sales and marketing teams with campaign tracking, reporting, and sales process support
- Communicate professionally with customers and cross-functional teams via phone, email, virtual meetings, and presentations
- Proactively resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism

Job Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with customers
- Experience with CRM systems and sales management software; MS Dynamics CRM experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, conferencing tools, and DocuSign
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset
- ERP system experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus
- Regularly required to sit or stand and to walk around the facility
- Regularly required to read documents and computer screen
- Regularly required to speak and to communicate
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Background check and Drug test required
