Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Testers:

• Assemble electronic and microelectronic components according to specifications
• Handle small parts with care and precision
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Follow production procedures and work instructions
• Use microscopes, hand tools, and precision tools as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Comply with all safety and quality requirements
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly work
• Good vision, including close-up inspection of small parts
• Good eyesight and ability to inspect small components
• Steady hands
• Must be comfortable performing repetitive work throughout the shift
• Ability to sit for an 8-hour shift
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Background check and drug test required
