Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $23 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
- Hours: 5 days, 8 hr. shift, possible OT
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments Maintain filing systems and databases
- Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding and employee records
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Serve as the point of contact for office inquiries
- Support team members with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Interested candidates should submit their resume
- Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation
