Pay Rate:

What you'll be doing as a Tube Mill Operator:

• Keep machines running, understand higher utilization of spindle time (machine run time) leads to efficiency, meeting targets/goals set by the MS Lead for daily output
• Support all Factory Management Systems to include Safety, Quality, Operational administrative systems
• Set up Manual and CNC equipment, ability to properly measure and prove out set up ensuring successful results
• Change cutting tools and adjust machine feeds and speeds for optimal efficiency
• Basic running and editing of G and M codes on the applicable machines and equipment

Available shifts:

 Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), 3rd Shift (Night)

Job requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in machining examples: Precision Measurement Tools, Hand Tools, Manual Mills, Okuma, Haas, Matsuura, Centroid, Hermle, DMG, Fryer (Lathe and Mill); Kellenberger, Studer, Usach, DeVlieg, Moore Jig Grinder, Sunnen Hone and Fryer (Grind) – Preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend dimensional, documented instructions
• Ability to read blueprints, knowledge of GD&T, basic machine operations, and knowledge of cutting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Must be able to provide resume 
• Background check and drug screening required
