Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Construction Laborer:

• Assist with general construction tasks, including site preparation and cleanup
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment
• Assist skilled tradespeople with construction activities as directed
• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
• Remove debris and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Follow all construction site safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Valid OSHA Site Safety Training (SST) certification/card as required for the jobsite
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull construction materials safely
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and safety procedures
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable transportation to the assigned jobsite
