Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Journeyman Carpenter:
- Need to read and understand blueprints to execute project plans and meet design goals accurately
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping materials: Knowledge of using various tools (hand and power) to measure, cut, and shape wood, plastics, fiberglass, and drywall according to specifications
- Building frameworks and structures: This includes constructing building frameworks, walls, floors, doorframes, rafters, partitions, and joists
- Installing and repairing various windows, doors, stairs, cabinets, shelves, flooring, roofing, and siding
- Using tools and equipment safely, such as hand and power tools, saws, drills, sanders, levels, and nail guns, and must follow safety guidelines at all times
- Inspecting and replacing damaged structures, which may include assessing and repairing or replacing damaged framework, structures, or other fixtures
- Collaborating and communicating as part of a team effectively with clients, suppliers, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to specifications
- Work with wood and other materials to build, install, and repair structures and fixtures
- Specific responsibilities and duties can vary depending on their specialization (e.g., rough carpenter, finish carpenter) and the projects they undertake

Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in residential or commercial carpentry preferred
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to read blueprints
- Will need to bring or email resume to the local branch
- Drug Test Required
- Capable of repeatedly lifting 50 pounds to load and unload wood and other materials, as well as transport tools and materials to and from the jobsite
