Note: The hourly rate for this position is $28 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Work Schedule: 5 X 8's
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems, including split systems, RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, heat pumps, exhaust systems, and building automation systems
• Perform system diagnostics using gauges, multimeters, combustion analyzers, refrigerant recovery systems, and specialized software
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components (motors, relays, contactors, transformers, sensors, and thermostats)
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance, including filter replacement, belt adjustments, coil cleaning, lubrication, and operational testing
• Calibrate and configure system controls including Direct Digital Control, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems
• Recover and recharge refrigerants according to EPA standards; maintain accurate records per EPA Section 608 compliance
• Collaborate with contractors and engineers, during renovations or new construction projects
• Maintain logs and documentation for service calls, maintenance tasks, and repairs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
• Follow all applicable safety procedures, lockout/tagout protocols, and PPE requirements

 Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman HVAC Technician license or equivalent certification
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Minimum of 4-6 years of commercial, residential or industrial HVAC Technician experience
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and HVAC control systems
• Ability to work from ladders, arial lifts, rooftops, and confined spaces
• Strong understanding of local mechanical codes and OSHA safety regulations
• Have tools of the Trade and bring them to work daily
• Ability to work at least 40 hours a week and overtime if needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
