Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*
What you'll be doing as an Assembler:
- Assembles various fabricated metal parts and products according to directions
- Ensure all parts and products are in proper working order and meet the quality standards of the company
- Will work with a variety of tools and machinery to make or repair products and parts for distribution
- Thorough understanding of industry processes and standards
- Use tools to make or repair parts and products
- Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks
- Keep a clean and tidy workspace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and troubleshoot any issues with parts
- Identify any defective parts and handle them according to established procedures and alerts supervisor
- Performs all other related duties as assigned

Job requirements:
- Detail oriented and consistent
- Ability to comprehend and follow detained verbal and/or written instructions, as well as diagrams, blueprints and other technical documents
- Basic ability in mathematics, reading and writing
- Ability to follow proper safety protocols based on guidelines and rules
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise
- Ability to work independently and manage a job from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Must have manual dexterity in order to assembly parts as directed
- Perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, and climb to access all parts of the machine
- Must be able to work in noisy environments
- Must have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision and ability to differentiate between colors
