Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $25 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Lead:
- Inventory & Logistics: Oversee the organization and tracking of all event equipment
- You'll be the gatekeeper of our inventory, ensuring everything is accounted for and ready for the next project
- Operational Support: Act as a key assistant on event projects, stepping in to provide technical or logistical support as needed to meet deadlines
- Facility Management: Maintain a high standard of safety and organization. You are responsible for keeping the facility clean, orderly, and compliant with safety protocols
- Equipment & Fleet Care: Perform routine maintenance on business equipment, including fueling transportation vehicles and performing oil changes to keep our fleet road-ready
- Technical Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a stand-up forklift to manage heavy equipment and high-density storage
Available shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)
Job requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Leadership & Initiative: A "lead by example" mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and think quickly when unexpected challenges arise
- Technical Skill: Proven experience operating a stand-up forklift
- Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable performing basic vehicle maintenance (oil changes, fueling, and troubleshooting equipment)
- Adaptability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extra hours during peak event seasons
- Organizational Excellence: A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining a highly structured, safe warehouse environment
- Background check required
