Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $13 - $13 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Production Line Worker:

• Operate nonwoven converting and production machinery according to standard operating procedures
• Monitor automated production lines to ensure consistent product quality and output
• Start up, adjust, and shut down equipment safely at the beginning and end of shift
• Load raw materials such as fibers, rolls, packaging film, or chemicals into machines
• Remove finished nonwoven products and transfer them to packaging or palletizing areas

Shift Timings: 3rd Shift (Night)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Previous manufacturing or production line experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand production work orders, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and production tracking.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–12 hour shifts).
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 40–50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
