Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Concrete Molding Operator:

• Weaving fabrics and manufacturing liners.
• Operate mold to produce products as scheduled
• Monitor the quality of the parts ran to ensure that they are meeting quality standards
• Prepare mix for products and press as needed
• Monitor all supplies at station throughout the shift and at the end of each shift and replenish when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Recognize minor machine malfunctions and adjust accordingly
• Participate in annual inventory
• Other projects and duties as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) , 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Read, interpret, and follow safety rules and procedures in accordance to Quality Policy
• Near acuity and hand/eye coordination require for proper machinery operation
• Able to hear in a production setting; machinery, loud noises, etc.
• The position is routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop kneel, touch, see, and hear.
• May be required to lift up to 75 lbs
• The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
• Must have a resume that proves have done molding in the past along working concrete
