Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Production Worker:

• Load, unload, and organize tires and automotive products within the warehouse
• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with stock organization
• Inspect products for damage or defects before shipment
• Assist with receiving incoming deliveries and verifying shipment accuracy
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Support production and distribution teams to meet daily operational goals
• Follow company procedures, OSHA guidelines, and workplace safety regulations
• Complete warehouse documentation and inventory tracking as required

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or tire industry experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic math and inventory skills preferred
• Background Check Required
