Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Panel Saw Operator:

• Operate panel saw equipment to cut materials according to drawings, measurements, and specifications
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all cut components
• Review work orders and production schedules to prioritize daily tasks
• Inspect materials before and after cutting to verify quality and identify defects
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve material or specification issues
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on panel saw equipment
• Track material usage and communicate shortages or concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Experience operating panel saws or similar cutting equipment in a woodworking or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise, high‑quality cuts
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, and work orders
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to adjust equipment settings as needed
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a production team
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle sheet goods and materials
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and cutting techniques
• Background Check Required
