Construction Worker

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for experienced construction workers for projects throughout the Inland Empire including Riverside and San Bernardino, CA. To be eligible for hire, you must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience on construction sites in at least one of the following: - Glazier (installing, cutting, removing glass and glass substitutes) - Window and door installers - Custom home carpentry-working with expensive materials - Punchlist work (drywalling, caulking, painting) - Concrete masonry (block/brick masonry, forms, rebar, precast, etc.) - Heavy Equipment Operators - Restoration technicians - Framing & Finishing Carpentry - Tile setting and flooring installations Payrates will vary depending on position and experience. Schedule will be provided after interview process. 

Note: The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $25 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Moving, securing, installing, building, loading, or unloading materials
• Assisting in the building or construction of various things
• Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training
• Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment
• Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor

 Qualifications:

• MUST BE FULLY TOOLED IN YOUR TRADE
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any construction trade
• Experience on commercial, industrial, or residential construction sites required
• Verifiable work history that shows professional skills and experience 
• Strong work ethic and safety oriented 
• Some assignment have additional screening requirements, such as background checks and/or drug tests
