Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Janitor:

• Clean restroom, offices, and common areas 
• Vacuum carpets and rugs  
• Restock and sanitize restrooms  
• Clean windows and mirrors  
• Empty trash and remove debris 
• General Jobsite clean up
• Cleaning and taking down tables, power washing and helping tenants
• Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting floors, surfaces, and restrooms
• Restocking: Ensuring restrooms and other areas are adequately stocked with supplies like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
• Trash Removal: Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of waste
• Spill and Incident Response
• Addressing spills, messes, and other cleaning emergencies promptly and effectively
• General Upkeep: Maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of common areas, lobbies, and other designated spaces

Available shifts:

Shift timings -  1st Shift (Day), Weekends

Job requirements:

• Previous experience required 
• Work frequently with cleaning chemicals  
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and frequently reach, bend, carry, and balance items  
• Background Check Required
• Janitorial experience
• Must be able to pass a background
• Power Washing experience
• Must be able to work weekends
