Note: The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Repair any cracks, holes, or other imperfections in the concrete.
• Spread and level the concrete using various hand tools, such as floats, trowels, and edgers.
• Apply the desired finish, such as a smooth, broom, or textured finish, to the concrete surface.
• Maintaining the appropriate moisture content and curing the concrete to achieve the desired strength and appearance.
• Applying specialized finishes, such as stamped, colored, or decorative concrete, as per the project requirements.
• Operating specialized equipment, such as concrete polishers or grinders, to achieve specific finish effects. Form: Building concrete forms according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions.
• Position rebar ties at the intersection of the rebar pieces.
• Ensure the tie is snug and secure to prevent movement during concrete placement.
• Construct, erect, install, and repair forms and fixtures of wood or plywood using carpenter?s hand tools and power tools.
• Molding and constructing expansion joints using joiners and edging tools.
• Using the proper release agents on the forms so the concrete does not stick prior to pouring.
• Monitor concrete using a vibrator to ensure correct depth.
• Pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete using a rake, trowel, float, and screed.

 Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience OSHA 10 or 30 hour certified preferred but not required
• Access to reliable transportation Ability to work in all types of weather
• Must be punctual and reliable Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
