Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a General Laborer:

• Assist construction crews with greenhouse assembly and installation under supervision
• Load, unload, carry, and organize construction materials and supplies
• Assist with basic site preparation and setup of work areas
• Support contractors with general construction tasks as directed
• Use basic hand tools and equipment as instructed and when properly trained
• Remove debris, scrap materials, and construction waste from work areas
• Sweep, clean, and maintain construction areas throughout the project
• Help move and stage materials needed for greenhouse construction
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Perform additional general labor and cleanup duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Previous general labor, construction, landscaping, or agricultural experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools when properly trained
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with construction crews
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to the jobsite
• Willingness to perform both construction support and general site cleanup duties
