Note: The hourly rate for this position is $32 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• New construction and some remodel work
• Ability to do waste, water and gas
• Be able to rough in a sink independently
• Install and maintain plumbing systems Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues

 Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of pluming and water distribution, min 5 years 
• Basic tools like sawzall, cordless drill
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and physically able 
• Installations on new residential plumbing 
• Installations of sewer pipes 
• Ability to carry ladder and jump on ladder 
• Ability to follow directions and be a self starter
