Job Description

We have long-term steady work on Anna Maria Island for Carpenters of all levels & experience. This is residential hurricane repair work - from demo to finish. In this role you will be based on your skills and experience.

Note: The hourly rate for this position is $18 - $30 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

Responsibilities:

• In this position you will be working on a variety of different project sites though out the Anna Maria Island
• Each site will be in different stages of repair
• We are looking for carpenters with experience from rough to finish
• All carpenters must be willing to assist as needed related to demo, site clean up etc

 Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must have at least 3 years of verifiable carpentry experience
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Must be able to work outdoors and deal with Florida weather/climate conditions
• Must have a basic hand tool set of: tape measurer, level, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, hammer and power tools such as drill and sawzall
• Must have basic PPE - hard hat, steel toed boots, safety goggles, safety vest & gloves
