Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Palletizer:

• General Labor: Shoveling, site clean-up, and debris removal
• Plant Maintenance: Assisting equipment operators and supporting crusher, screen, and conveyor operations
• Palletizing & Handling: Safely stacking and preparing heavy construction or aggregate bags/materials for storage and transport

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 3rd Shift (Night) & Weekends

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Experience: Experience in production at an aggregate or sand/gravel is required
• Operational Knowledge: Must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of rock and sand mining, ready-mix concrete and/or asphalt operations and equipment, MSHA regulations, engineering principles and procedures, and quality control systems and processes
• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a quarry or heavy industrial setting is a plus, but on-the-job training is often provided for entry-level applicants.
• Physical Demands: Requires lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various environmental conditions
• Flexibility: Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises
• Must be forklift certified
