Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $21 - $25 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Executive Administrative Assistant:
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Managing the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel
- Communication Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact for the executive, handling incoming and outgoing communications
- Travel Coordination: Arranging travel, accommodations, and making reservations
- Meeting Management: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Document Management: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, as well as maintaining records and files
- Project Management: Assisting with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Expense Management: Preparing expense reports, reconciling expenses, and tracking spending
- Office Management: Maintaining office supplies, overseeing office operations, and ensuring a professional and organized workspace
- Administrative Support: Answering phone calls, screening visitors, and handling other clerical tasks as needed
- Confidential Information: Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Research and Analysis: Conducting research, gathering data, and assisting with analytical tasks
- Event Planning: Organizing events, conferences, and workshops
- Special Projects: Assisting with special projects and tasks assigned by the executive
- Supervision: Overseeing the performance of other clerical staff
- Basic Bookkeeping: Performing basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Acting as a Liaison: Acting as a representative for the executive and communicating on their behalf

Job requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Background check required
