Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19 - $19 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Harvesting Worker:

• Directing and maintaining truck traffic to scale (weigh) and dump pit
• Maintain strong attention to detail and quality
• Outside work, dress for weather, cold, hot, rain etc
• Ensuring proper storage conditions to maintain grain quality, such as controlling temperature and moisture levels
• Keeping detailed records of the quantity and quality of grain received, stored, and shipped

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Some hands-on experience with farming operations, grain handling, or working in a grain elevator, but willing to train
• Maintaining inventory records
• Paying attention to detail
• Time Management: Ability to handle peak seasons and long hours during harvest efficiently
