Note: The hourly rate for this position is $32 - $40 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Precision Craftsmanship: Install tiles, countertops, fireplaces, flooring with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality and durability
• Innovative Design Implementation: Work with custom designs, executing intricate layouts and patterns that align with client specifications
• Material Selection and Preparation: Choose appropriate materials and prepare surfaces for tiling, guaranteeing optimal adhesion and longevity of the installations

 Qualifications:

• 5+ Minimum years Exp as a Tile Setter professional
• Proven experience as a Tile Setter or similar role in Custom Home environments
• Expertise in various tiling techniques and materials
• Strong eye for design and detail, with a passion for creating unique and beautiful tile installations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various positions
