Note: The hourly rate for this position is $24 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Monday through Friday
• Optimize building systems for energy efficiency, comfort, and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including fire safety and building codes
• Assist in developing and managing building maintenance budget
• Respond to emergency situations, such as power outages and water leaks
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Perform repairs and maintenance of different building systems - HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.

 Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent maintenance and/or building engineer experience with commercial buildings
• Prior experience with different systems - HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
• Possess tools of the trade
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues
• Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the commercial field required
• Position may require a drug screen
