Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $27 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours Prep and paint a wide range of surfaces
- Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk
- Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces, such as bare wood or metal, for finish coats
- Mix colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency
- Use tools of the trade to work quickly including a spray guns
- Use ladder to reach high places
- Light cleaning and keep work area free of debris
Qualifications:
- Previous commercial painting experience
- Experience with a spray machine preferred
- Use tools of the trade and the ability to bring them to the jobsite
- Able to climb ladders and comfortably work at heights
- Possess painting tools (rollers, brushes, tarps, etc.)
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience in the commercial field required
- Prior experience using Rollers, brushes, and spray machine required
- Position may require a drug screen
